The medicated water must be prepared every 24 hours, immediately before starting treatment.

Treatment for 5 consecutive days in case of mixed infections and in chronic processes.
If clinical improvement is not observed after 2 - 3 days, the treatment must be reconsidered on the basis of sensitivity tests.
